Subscription Payment by Standing Order

At the 2014 AGM, it was agreed that we should set up a Standing Order system for payment of subs.  I propose that we should start the system in Autumn Term 2014

As we will continue to have the "pay as you play" option, I will still need to produce weekly Attendance Sheets, to show who has paid by SO and who needs to pay by cash.  I also must ensure that all monies collected are properly accounted for.  I intend to produce updated Attendance Sheets on a monthly basis, on the first Saturday of each month, for use during that month.

That being the case, and with the time needed by our Bank to generate and send out monthly Statements, Standing Order payments will have to be made monthly in advance; payment being on the 8th of the month.  So, for September 2014, the SO will need to be made on August 8th, and then monthly thereafter.

Payment level will be £10 per month for Main Orchestra and £5 per month for Introductory and Beginning

The easiest way for you to set up the SO is online; our Bank details are below.  Please ensure that in the "Reference" section you must show the name of the Player for whom the payment is being made.
